Content you create within the app (such as personal messages or custom quiz configurations) remains yours. You grant Carunel Studio no rights to that content — it is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.
QuizWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Carunel Studio does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular educational purpose. Quiz questions are designed to support practice, not to guarantee specific educational outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carunel Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuizWell. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
