GentleClover Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Carunel LLC handles information in connection with GentleClover, a children's activity app published under the Carunel Studio brand. In this Policy, "Carunel Studio," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Carunel LLC.

This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

The short version

GentleClover is designed to work offline. The app stores settings and a small number of files locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

What data the app stores on your device

GentleClover stores the following data locally on the device where the app is installed. None of this data is sent to us or any third party.

Settings

• Age band selection (3–4, 4–5, or 6–7)
• Whether onboarding has been completed

Saved creations

• When a child taps "Save" in a creative activity (such as Draw and doodle, Scene builder, Sticker page, or Postcard maker), the creation is saved as a PNG image file in the app's local documents folder on the device. These files stay on the device and are not uploaded or transmitted.

All of this data is stored only on the device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party.

What we do not do

GentleClover is designed to operate without transmitting, collecting, or processing data on external servers. Specifically:

• We do not require or support user accounts
• We do not transmit personal information to our servers or any third party
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting services
• We do not display advertising or use advertising SDKs
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not share data with third parties

Any data described in the previous section is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

Data that may leave your device

In normal use, no data leaves your device. The app does not perform automatic uploads, background transmissions, or server connections.

Saved creations

Children may save creations from certain activities (such as Draw and doodle, Scene builder, Sticker page, and Postcard maker). These saved creations are:

• Stored as image files in the app's local documents folder on the device
• Not uploaded, transmitted, or processed externally
• Permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled

The "Reset all app data" option in the parent area clears settings and play history but does not automatically delete saved creation files. Uninstalling the app removes all app data, including saved creations.

How to delete data

Parents can manage app data from within the parent area:

• Reset all app data: Clears all settings and play history, returning the app to its initial state. The onboarding introduction will reappear on the next launch.
• Uninstalling the app: Removes all app data from the device, including saved creations and settings.

Children's privacy

GentleClover is designed for use by children ages 3 to 7, with parent involvement in setup.

The app does not require accounts, does not ask children for personal information, and does not transmit data to external servers. Children interact with activities only. Age settings are handled by parents through a parent area protected by a simple entry challenge.

No names, photos, or personal identifiers are collected or stored by the app. The only user-created content is saved creations from creative activities (such as Draw and doodle, Scene builder, Sticker page, and Postcard maker), which remain on the local device.

Because GentleClover does not collect, use, or disclose personal information from any user, it is designed to operate consistently with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar children's privacy regulations in other regions.

Third-party services

GentleClover does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or cloud services. In normal use, the app does not communicate with external servers.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or its store listing.
